VIRTUAL TRAINING

In addition to in-person training, we have converted a large portion of our private training to virtual, and now we can train anyone, anywhere, anytime! Whether over Zoom or FaceTime, you are guaranteed to be challenged and stimulated at the same time.  Our private training program uses a repertoire of exercises and principles based on the Body Conceptions method.  Sessions are family-friendly, adaptable to any setting, and they are designed to address the specific needs of the client. We create a very personalized pace, and you will never get the same session twice!  Are your kids around?  Ask them to join in!

PRE & POST NATAL TRAINING

Our instructors have extensive experience working with women before, during and after pregnancy. We are trained to support clients with common pre and postnatal concerns including diastasis, c-section, and pelvic prolapse using a method that is safe and completely personalized. Many women have reported greater prenatal strength and mobility, less back pain, easier labor experiences, and faster recovery.  Sessions can be conducted in person or online.

PRIVATE GROUP TRAINING

Prefer group workouts? Get your friends together for a private group class, or join an existing group that matches your ability level and availability. These classes can take place in a space of your choosing, a space arranged for you, or online.
