In addition to in-person training, we have converted a large portion of our private training to virtual, and now we can train anyone, anywhere, any time! Whether over Zoom or FaceTime, you are guaranteed to be challenged and stimulated at the same time. Our private training program uses a repertoire of exercises and principles based on the Body Conceptions method. Sessions are family-friendly, adaptable to any setting, and they are designed to address the specific needs of the client.
