Fitness while trying to conceive can be confusing. Whether you’re actively trying to conceive at home or on a fertility journey including IVF, there are a range of questions that can bubble up around what type of fitness is appropriate and what else to consider as it relates to your fertility. Spring Fertility has teamed up with Body Conceptions for a fun and informative event to tackle all of your questions and of course get in a fertility friendly workout (+ giveaways from our host partner, Athleta, Spring and Body Conceptions!).
Join us for a fertility-supportive workout in the Body Conceptions method taught by Mahri Relin, the founder of Body Conceptions, in person at The Studio at Athleta Flatiron (126 Fifth Ave) on June 29th at 6pm to get your sweat on and learn more about fertility. We will be doing a 40 minute workout class followed by a conversation about all things fertility and trying to conceive, with a focus on how to think about your fitness during this process, led by Dr. Kolbe Hancock, Fertility Specialist at Spring Fertility.
Come get your body moving plus all of your fertility and fitness questions answered, nothing is off limits! Class to start at 6pm; presentation will begin at 6:40pm and we’ll have discounts and giveaways from all of us and our friends at Athleta (stick around to shop and grab goodies after the presentation!). Doors will be open until 8pm. *BYO sneakers, nothing else needed!
